Bottle Storage

Sparkling wines, perhaps more so than some still wines, benefit from extensive storage on the bottle. In our assortment, different wines are stored for different lengths of time.

7 months is the storage time for our Ancestrale.

12 months is the storage period for our Zidre.

15 months is the storage time for our entry-level cuvée

24 months is the storage period for our upscale cuvée.

36 months and more will be the storage time for our premium cuvée.
